SYSTEM OF BOARD MACHINES
The realization of On-Board Machine System happens directly at the applicant's place.
A careful planning allows the execution of the plant in full respect of time dicted by requirements of the client.
The execution of On-Board Machine System is organized in several stages:
• drafting cable ways with metal ducts and protection conduits; lays and installation of sensors, motors and services (solenoid valve, analog sensors, weight measurements, temperature sensors);
• safety positioning in place of electrical panels and control box;
• connection of modules components to boxes;
• drafting and connection of power wires, auxiliary multicables and equipotential connection.
Complete the operations the Machines's Power-On, that is all the instrumental testing to verify the tension and the protection circuits, and further connection's tests.
