ON-BOARD MACHINE SYSTEMS
The construction of Onboard Machine Systems takes place directly at the Client's site.
Careful design and planning allow the execution of the system in full compliance with the timelines dictated by the client's requirements.
The execution of the On-Board Machine System is organized in several phases:
• laying of cable routes with metal ducts and protective sheaths; installation and mounting of motors, sensors, and utilities (solenoid valves, analog sensors, weighing systems, temperature sensors);
• correct and safe positioning on site of the electrical panels and the operator control drawers;
• connection of the components of the modules to the drawers;
• laying and connection of the cables for motor power, auxiliary multicables and equipotential connections.
The operations are completed by the Power-On of the machine, that is, all the instrumental tests to verify voltages and protection circuits, and subsequent connection tests.
